•The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license.
•The renter is not allowed to use the vehicle outside Oman without obtaining an NOC from the office.
•In case of an accident, the renter must immediately call 9999 and complete procedures to obtain a final police report for the insurance company, while informing the office.
•The renter must provide a passport, original ID card, and original driving license for verification.
•The renter must return the car on the agreed date; extra charges apply for delays.
•The renter must present the vehicle for inspection whenever requested by the office.
•Upon return, fuel and oil levels must match those at the time of pick-up or pay refill costs.
•In case of breakdown or accident preventing movement, the vehicle must be returned to the office and not repaired elsewhere without written approval.
•The office has the right to choose the repair location (dealer or workshop), and downtime counts as part of rental time.
•The vehicle may not be used for racing or overloading.
•The renter is fully responsible for any complaints, cases, or liabilities related to the vehicle.
•A rental day equals 24 hours; exceeding this is counted as a full day.
•If an accident happens under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the renter bears full liability and legal responsibility.
•Unless agreed on weekly or monthly rental, the daily rate applies.
•The renter is responsible for all damages or missing items inside or outside the vehicle.
•The renter pays 200 OMR per accident as initial contribution to insurance plus spare parts and additional insurance charges.
•In case of total loss, the renter pays 1000 OMR plus all additional costs mentioned above.
•If the renter returns the vehicle early, no refund is provided.
•Re-renting or misuse of the vehicle is prohibited; the office may retrieve the vehicle and claim compensation.
•The renter must pay all fines incurred during the rental period.
•A daily allowance of 200 kilometers is charged; for each additional kilometer, the charge is 50 baiza for small cars and 100 baiza for four-wheel drive vehicles.
